The documentary Putin's Playground by Polish filmmaker Konrad Szołajski delves into Russian sabotage, espionage and disinformation in Central and Eastern Europe. The filmmakers explore cases of hybrid warfare in Poland, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Moldova and Latvia - countries in the post-Soviet area. Through their cinematic exploration, they reveal evidence of covert operations carried out by Moscow's special agents. The invasion of Ukraine in 2022 is accompanied by intensive covert operations in neighboring countries aimed at reclaiming Russia's former sphere of influence in Europe.
