For Sarajevo – The Last French Intellectuals’ Cause, film by Zehra Sikias is now online.

Balkan Young Talents is a new initiative developed jointly by Beldocs International Documentary Film Festival and Al Jazeera Balkans Documentary Film Festival (AJB DOC).

Submit your projects until 31st May 2023 and participate in the second edition of Al Jazeera Documentary (AJD) Industry Days @ AJB DOC that will take place from 9th to 11th September 2023, in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Submissions to the sixth AJB DOC Film Festival will be made through the application form on www.ajbdoc.ba or through the Film Freeway platform. Submission deadline is 26th May 2023.

AJB DOC Film Festival, Al Jazeera Documentary Channel and WaterBear Network were sponsors of the Global Pitch Award at the Sunny Side of the Doc.

Al Jazeera Balkans Documentary Film Festival (AJB DOC), in cooperation with Al Jazeera Media Institute from Doha and Samsung, organized its third “Smartphone Documentary Film Production” training.
